I am building a new computer and would appreciate some help in compromising a list of needed components. Thanks for the help 
1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing?
I wil be using the computer primarily for gaming.
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
I would like to keep my budget around 700 or so, but i realize that i will probably have to hit 800-1100 with a monitor and such.
3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
Again as listed in the title this is my FIRST TIME building a new computer and am not yet sure on as to what is a necessity your input is greatly appreciated.
6) Will you be overclocking?
I would count on it (not to often but, hey who knows!!
).
7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?
23inch monitor.
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
As soon as I get the list of parts, there's no rush but in the same respect there is no current reason to stall the building.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Yes I can get one, Microsoft (not sure if its 32 or 64bit.
11) Why did you skip 4 and 9?
To keep it interesting [you might like me more and want to help (then again who knows)].
I want this to be a very good, quick, "non-laggy" gaming computer. And no, no Solitary.
Thanks for any input you could offer me and lists of parts. The cost can't go over 1100 (1100.01 is fine) but, other than that as long as it is a great gaming DESKTOP I greatly thank you for your advice. I will take all lists into consideration and post back daily.
