I have been doing a ton of research and have changed my mind a lot. I think I have what will be my final build concept. I only need the graphics card. Eventually I want to run multiple cards but the limit on my budget, my biggest need is multiple HDMI. I have no more than 350 bucks left to spend.

I also want an opinion on my build:

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor ($339.99 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: Corsair H110 94.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($108.58 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Asus SABERTOOTH Z97 MARK 1 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($164.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($134.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($58.24 @ Amazon)
Case: Corsair Air 540 ATX Desktop Case ($129.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Corsair 860W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($197.99 @ Amazon)
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer ($21.90 @ Amazon)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional SP1 (OEM) (64-bit)
Wireless Network Adapter: Asus PCE-AC68 802.11a/b/g/n/ac PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter ($97.99 @ Amazon)

Any other advice would be appreciated

It seems to me that your Comp build isn't very balanced. I'm not sure what you will be doing with your computer but odds are unless you're video editing that you don't need an i7 or 16 GB of RAM. If you went with 8GB of RAM and a 4690k i5 you could probably fit a good GTX 780 in there. A budget would also be nice. Here is what I would build:

I should have been more clear on my objective. I work with 3D rendering software as well as large data manipulation. My budget is 2000 dollars, also note I have to use Amazon due to shipping costs.
