I was putting in my tubing for the radiator to gpu and I noticed I had a little bit of sag and by a little I mean minor but still those little things worry me since I spent 6 grand. Should I be worried about a slight sag on my tubing?. And how do I know that my tubes are secured perfectly?

Not sure what you mean by sag on the tubing. Is it hard tubing or soft? Gravity exists, so I would expect a little sag no matter what on long runs.

You can pressure test the loop before filling it. The cheap way is to wrap every fitting with paper towel to make leaks obvious and correct them as you go. Mind that filling and bleeding of the loop should be done with the system powered off, only the pump should be powered.

You basically just have to trust your mechanical feel when tightening fittings or using quick connects or push in type fittings. If they all feel similar and appear tight, they likely are. O-Ring deformation or scratches/defects in tubing are hard to detect once the fitting is on, and those can be the source of leaks. Less likely if you take care with the ends of hard tubes and soft tubing is far more forgiving.
