First time Gaming computer build. Is this any good? (Need Feedback!!!)

Im building my first gaming computer on a pretty small budget. Im not completely sure on what i am doing, so if possible i would like to know if anything is wrong with the build. I have about 700 bucks to work with and really no more than that. I am open to all suggestions i just want the biggest bang for my buck... Please Help!

get a case with a bottom mounted PSU and with wire management it will increase airflow efficiency in your interior, also spend a bit more on your GPU you want to have your GPU and CPU be in the same price class. (on a side note buy all your stuff from the same place usually the more amount of money you spend the more perks and shipping reduction you will get, everything is compatible should be a good first build)

That is very unbalanced rig: you want to spend much more on the graphics card! You don't really need DVD burner either nowadays. How about this?

Sorry for such a late reply but i have been very busy... so there is probably no way that i would be able to pick up an i5 quad core processor with the money i'm putting out would there, because thats what i was really looking for. I could always settle for an i3. Is there a big difference between the two or is it just going to be minor with the setup from up above?

Your build has a high end CPU and a budget graphics card for gaming the mid range CPU and high end GPU is much better. For $60 more you can gat an Ivy bridge i5 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116781 if you need to save that for $55 less a 7850 is a good card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202004 but I would still go for the build as Sunius suggested but if you really want an i5 make these changes to it.
