Ok, so I'm thinking of overclocking my 2010 CPU; AMD Phenom II X6 1090T.
I have never done this before, and I'm not sure how to do it either.
I'm guessing i have to use BIOS. I can watch tutorials on this I suppose, but I would like some recommendations on how far up I should go.
Here are my specs:
CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon R9 280X 3GB GDDR5
MB: MSI 990FXA-GD80, Socket-AM3+
RAM: 8GB
PSU: Corsair RM750, 750W
I have a good CPU cooler; Noctua NH-U9B SE2.
Current CPU heat = 21 degrees
Max CPU heat = 40/45
Thanks
