Question First time PC build, everything seems to boot up fine but no display to monitor

Hello, my build is Ryzen 3600, xfx 5700 XT, 16gb (2x8gb) 3600 DDR4 Ram, B450m-plus gaming motherboard. Everything is powering up fine but there's no display at all to the monitor, I tried resetting the CMOS by removing the motherboard battery which had no affect so I'm completely unsure what to try next. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you in advance

Hi Horrofangaming.

Your issue is probably your motherboard. The B450M-PLUS GAMING does not have the BIOS update to support the Ryzen 3600 out of the box. Unless it is written "Ryzen 3000 READY" on the motherboard box.

Your only options is to buy an older CPU so you can install that CPU and update the BIOS before installing your 3600 OR you can go to a local store and ask them to update the BIOS for you OR you can lend a CPU from AMD. They ship you a CPU and you have to return it after that. Link below for the AMD CPU lending Kit.

Hello, thank you so much for the response. I forgot to add that the motherboard does have the AMD Ryzen 3000 Desktop Ready sticker on the box
