first time pc build on low budget need help

i want to build a pc for streaming vainglory on twitch or mob crush i already have an elgato hd60 capture card but my current laptop doesnt quite handle as well when trying to stream. budget is around 400$ but if it can be built for less the better. wont be playing any games on the pc will just be capturing video from my ipad or ps4. just dont want the live stream to stutter or freeze.

Looks like it supports NVENC, which is just a gpu acceleration of encoding.

I don't know how to exactly set it up but if done right will make encoding a lot faster than with CPU alone.

If you don't mind the extra 45W tdp that it will bring, I'd recommend going for an 8320e which will encode with the performance of an i7- at the fraction of the cost it will normally bring you.

is there a hard drive you would recomend instead of the ssd for more storage? and if so is it still possible to ad the ssd at a later date? and is this build easily upgradeable if i do decice to start playing games on it. can i possibly sub in the cpu for their less expensive versions such as the fx6300 or the fx6350?

I don't think it'd make much of a difference- might even be slower. The 8320e is only about 0.2Ghz slower while having the extra cores needed for smooth encoding.
