Hi,I'm from philippines and i'm a first time pc builder.,I just want to ask for some tips for pc building.I really want to have the nvidia gtx 1070 graphics card. Any recommendations for a great pc build with gtx 1070 as the gpu. Note that i'm from the philippines so choices for the pc components are very limited and prices are actually higher by 30-50% compared to US. My budget is $1500-2500, approx. Php75k - 125k.
Thank you very much.

Thats alot of money, you can probably get a 1080 and an i7 6700k. Any half decent Z170 board will do. I recommend you get a PSU from a reputable manufacturer and you get an SSD.

Seen that you are a first time builder, if you need more of a guide to compatibility or which components you need or a genral question just send me a message.

I also need to buy a monitor and pc peripherals. Philippines is not really updated when it comes to technology and pc components are overpriced.it was announced that the gtx 1080 will cost Php50K or almost $800.

i left the build pretty under budget to compensate for the inflated prices in the Philippines, but this is still a very good build, the psu may look like a little overkill now but i made sure there is enough wattage in case you want to add a second 1070 sometime in the future. i also have a i7-6700k in there witch has more than enough processing power to not bottleneck the 1070 and also allow you to do basically anything you would want ever need to do such as video editing/rendering and recording. i added a 250 GB SSD for your operating system and any of your most frequently used programs/games to make your boot time and everyday usage lightning fast. i also add a 2 TB HDD witch is for mass storage of random games or video, and basically anything else witch needs a lot of space. in all this should end up being a great looking and fairly future proof PC.

Hi there buddy!

I'm from the Philippines too. Your budget is all good! Check out dynaquestpc.com

They have the Asus GTX 1070 Strix OC Gaming 8GB (Strix-GTX1070-O8G-Gaming) priced at php 26,900
CPU: i7 skylake 6700k php 16,500
MoBo Asus Maximus VIII Ranger at php 10,550
RAM: Gskill ripjaws
250gb Samsung evo 850 php 4,590
HDD :WD Caviar blue 2TB php 3,400
Power supply strongly recommend Seasonic (you can go from silver to platinum depends on what you wish I had the bronze M12II fully modular) 1year warranty with Dynaquest and 5years warranty from Helix themselves. (already have RMA'd my previous one just the unit and they gave me a new one with box and all the wires)

I have selected most of the ASUS products since that they're the only company that offers 5years warranty here since we have a licensed distributor compared to others where they only offer 1 year instead of 3 or 5.
