Hello everyone. I tried to post this yesterday but don't think it stuck.
I got this build from the "best gaming pc builds" section so no doubt it's all compatible and should work fine but my question is if I really need this much power or is it possible to save money in some areas and still play all the latest titles at max settings on a 1440p monitor.
- ASUS MG279Q 27" Widescreen LED Backlit IPS Gaming Monitor
- EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Founders Edition
- ASUS Republic of Gamers Maximus IX Hero Z270 LGA 1151 ATX Motherboard
- Intel Core i7-7700K 4.2 GHz Quad-Core LGA 1151
- EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G3 850W 80 Plus Gold Modular Power Supply
- Corsair Hydro Series H100i v2 Liquid CPU Cooler
- Corsair 16GB Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 MHz UDIMM Memory Kit (2 x 8GB)
- Cooler Master MasterCase Pro 5 Mid-Tower Case
- Samsung 512GB 960 PRO M.2 Internal SSD
Thanks guys for your help. I'm looking to buy within next couple weeks.
