Question First time using DDU

So its my first tume using DDU to reinstall my nvidia drivers, will DDU still ask for my windows password even though i login to windows without a password?

You're going to boot into Safe Mode to remove the drivers and then go back into OS. If your not needing a password to enter your OS GUI, you're going to find the same experience in spite of using DDU. It only removes the GPU drivers, not credentials of the user(s) on the machine.
