This is my first water cooling build, Figured I'd post it here and see what you think.
Only did the cpu for now, any suggestions welcome
Here's what I started with :
Painted and cut cable management holes: cut some 8th inch weedeater gas line in half and used it around the rough cut holes as grommets
Decided to go with a cheap China res but it actually is sturdier than expected, leak testing while waiting on more barbs to get here:
Just ordered a 780ti to use that water block on but for now just did the cpu:
Can you guys think of any better loop setups? I hate that it crosses over the cpu but I didn't plan it very well and only had 1 koolance drain to use as a 90. (lesson learned) It goes res/pump - cpu - 240 rad in bays - up to 140 rad on top- down to top of drain fitting- out side of drain to res.
I couldn't get a bend from the res to the 240 rad below it without kinking, I guess I should get 2 90s to run pump-240-cpu-140-res.....do they make like a U fitting?
IN A few weeks I'll probably redo a different loop when I add the gpu block but for now there's no leaks on this one! Lol
Specs: watercooling
140 rad with corsair sp140
240 rad with case fans - swiftech

Ram- rip jaw 1600s 8gb
