Question Fitting an eatx motherboard in nzxt phantom 240 atx case

Hello guys, I was looking forward to getting a dual x79 board for dual xeons, and that is an eatx board, my friend got an NZXT phantom 240 atx case that he is selling. Will the eatx board fit inside this case? Should I take it? Or get a full tower?(good ones are quite costly)
