Question Fix corrupt SD card

Hello

I have a SanDisk microSDHC I class 10 16gb card and it got corrupted while formatting it.. The filesystem is RAW and I need help with trying to bring it back to working state. The thing is I tried formatting it from my computer and laptop but they fail at 9% with quick format. I tried long format but it fail close to 100%. I used SD formatter tool from SDA. Also tried formatting on my tablet but that fails too. HELP please!

Bestbuy has a couple for $6, Amazon has several below $5. You have lots of options.
