I ordered this monitor and it finally arrived. The first thing I did after assembling it was plug in the display port cable that came with the monitor. However after trying to numerous times to plug it into my graphics card's display input it would not budge. It gives no signal and I'm almost 100% because its not seating all the way in. I have checked to make sure no plastic has lodged itself in the port and have found nothing. It only goes halfway in before stopping. I've looked online and found no help for this issue.

I also tried using my old 1050ti and the cable plugged in just fine. So there is something I'm using incorrectly with my 2060 and I haven't found the solution. Any help would be appreciated.

Solution
Post a photo of the issue.
I am guessing that sometimes, the rear i/o panel will have openings that are too close when the graphics card is installed.
With power disconnected, try loosening the screws that hold the card to the rear.
Insert your dp cable and then retighten the screws.
For a seriously mis fit, dremel or file work might be needed.
