Fix my usb ports my computer

Hello,my usb port indicates that it is working and can even charge my phone but it does not read on my computer,i will love your advise on what to do please,thanks alot

What USB device is plugged in, that does not show in MY Computer ?
What is shown in Disk Management ?
Right click my computer > Manage > Disk Management
