Question Fix pixelated lines on monitor display/refresh rate problem

My pc froze twice. Both times frozen it showed pixelated purple/blue patterns throughout the entire display. Couldn't move mouse. After the second time I restarted my pc, purple pixelated lines appeared across my display constantly. Also, it is stuck on 64hz now, can't change back to 144. Updated graphics drivers, no luck. Any ideas on what to try next?

Please post your entire system spec including PSU make and model.
However initially sounds like your GPU could potentially be failing.

May be worth looking in reliability history to see if any other critical errors appear.

Thank you for your response. I checked the reliability history and there were several "Hardware Failures". When I clicked on them, they were titled "LiveKernelEvent". If you need more details about them, let me know. I really don't know a ton about computer parts and technical terms.
