FL Studio 20 inexplicable visual lag

I am currently using the FL Studio 20 Demo version to test it out.
The massive problem I am now encountering is that all visual elements f.e. the Mixer window and the animations of it are lagging (Volume Bars). Other Visual elements like the whole top row of graphs is lagging aswell. Whilst using the FL Studio 12.5 Demo version, which was about 3 Days ago, I had no lags and problems.

I currently have a GTX 980Ti, i7-5820k and 16gb DDR4 Memory and none of them are under maximum load, they are not even close to 20%.

Is there any possible solution I can try, because this lag is really keeping me off from buying the Software. (I'm sorry for posting this under Windows 10 but I have no clue where to post it otherwise )

This could be so many things. You need to make sure you computer is Optimized for max FL Studio performance. How do you do that? well you first start with your power management. You need to have your power setting to Max performance not energy saving. Then you need to read. Start with this then let me know how it went. Ok wow, the solution was to select the FL Stuido ASIO Device. Yesterday I tried the same thing but nothing changed except that I had no sound.
