Flash Disk Error

The error is when i copy a file to the [strike]flask[/strike] flash disk, sometimes the file is corrupt. For example, if i copy a couple of song, some song are corrupted and there is some song that not corrupted. And i cant format the [strike]flask[/strike] flash disk into ntfs file.

Is there any way to fix this?or this [strike]flask[/strike] flash disk is just broken.

I never heard of a "flask" disk, I think you mean "flash" disk or pen drive.

Just buy a new one, I reckon the one you've got has corrupted memory chips, hence data is also getting corrupted. It can't be formatted either, so that's another giveaway.

Dump it & replace.
