Flash drive not readable

The computer sees the drive and says it is unformatted. it has recious files on it, if I format it they will be destroyed but I can not access them. HELP?

Try another port....

try clean the Flash drive connector using soft cotton bud and electronic cleaner... (I'm using alcohol)
