Flash player on Core i5 6600k.

Hi guys so i recently built a new PC did a fresh OS install and only installed my games and browsers nothing else. I play this game called Darkorbit and it is heavy on cpu if you run it in 2D(which runs best/looks best) Now i have a core i5 6600k O.C right now to 4.4 Ghz and i can barely get upt o 60 fps and in scenes where there is alot of action it goes to about 25 fps. My friend however has a really old core i3 in an old laptop with windows 7 and his Flashplayer runs Perfect and its constant 62 FPS no matter what. Anyone know of any fixes i can try?

gtx 760
1 TB hard drive WD Blue

What sort of Flashplayer are we referring to? Adobe Flash?
