It is not possible to "delete" the BIOS, you can only overwrite it with a newer revision.

Linux based BIOS updating tools are incredibly rare. Most BIOS distributions have an internal tool for updating the firmware, you should use this.

If the firmware doesn't have an internal updater then it can only be updated using a tool provided by the OEM. If that tool has only a Windows version, you must perform the update through Windows.
