Flashing BIOS without USB ports

hello I'm trying to fix a problem with my bios that do not detect the usb ports (already I tried to clear the cmos, try usb 3.0/2.0 external ports, pci-e usb card, but dosent seem to work to install via USB FLASH.

my mobo: z170-a pro MSI

I tried with live update too but doesn't appear the MB BIOS option
another error is that the pc cant shut down properly it keeps like "stand by"

might be last option but is your bios chip removable or soldered to the board?

Did you but new preflashed chip?
