Flashing Red Screen!!

I have a Planar 191M LCD and ATI AIW 9700 Video Card. Recently, I am experiencing flashing red lines on my screen. ALl the graphics turns red and fuzzy and the screen has short flashing red lines appearing. This doesn't go on 24/7. It sometimes occurs and sometimes it doesn't. But the frequency of this is increasing over time.

I tried to plug my LCD to another compueter, and there's no flasing red anymore.

I wonder is it a virus that's causing this or the graphic card driver? or my LCD problem?

I would say it is either a driver problem, or a physical problem with your graphics card.
