Flashing sound when system unit is unplugged

Hello, I noticed that after I shut down my PC and unplug the power, after a few seconds, motherboard led lights (the RGB lights not the red led) turn on, then, it turns off in an abrupt flash-like manner with a sound like something is abruptly turned off. Is this a bad thing?

Not bad thing, a lot of capacitors inside MB and even larger ones in the PSU holding the charge for a while. Takes time to drain them.

If you unplug a computer at the mains, you can "turn it on" which will discharge the system quickly.
Many people forget to do this when working on their computer while switching out components.
