[SOLVED] Flashing the current BIOS to GB Backup BIOS

So, when I got this GA-AX370M Gaming 3 I had to RMA it to have the Ryzen 2xxx update installed. I don't know if they also flashed the update to the backup BIOS. If they didn't and BIOS gets wrecked at any sort backup BIOS will wipe the main and install the incompatible version, making me have to send it to install once more. What I ask is:
1)Is there a way to see the version installed on the backup BIOS (there are no mentions on the manual)
2)If needed how can I flash the current BIOS to the backup?

(Note that I am speaking of the DualBIOS system, not the save/load feature)

I don't know about that MB but my last Gigabyte MB had an F button or a button combo (don't remember exactly) that transferred contents form primary BIOS to secondary/spare BIOS. Look it up in the manual. Must be something.

I have checked the manual and there's a single mention of dualBIOS on it which just says that it is there. GB and their specific stuff.
