Flat laptop coolers

Are there any flat laptop coolers? I've looked for some, but I can't find ones that are just flat.

I am planning to use it with a Mediabox, because it's CPU gets too hot. The box is on my AV Reciever which produces too much heat to keep the mediabox cool.

If I get a laptop cooler around 15" I could cool this unit. However, I don't want to have my box (slanted, curved, slope ... I seriously couldn't find a translation for it, but I hope you get the point).

Does someone know a flat cooler, or any other solution? thanks in advance

I'll probably power it on USB, I think I'll just plug it in the Mediabox or AV Reciever.
Custom made is not an option, I don't have the tools or skills to make it.
Will common laptop-cooler fans be able to run 24/7. Also, I want them to be as quiet as possible.
Is the linked one durable and quiet?
