Flickering and crashing during gameplay

Hi, i built my pc in January and it's been fine until now, but around a week ago i was playing Gmod and the game flickered a few times, then went black and buzzed continuously. I wasn't able to click anything so i had to reboot.

Earlier today it happened at the end of a game of dota, so i updated my Catalyst driver. I played a full game of dota afterwards with no problems, and then an hour or two later i played farcry3 and it did the same flickery thing about 5-10mins in.

In the more recent events, a notification has popped up in the bottom right saying a short message along the lines of 'AMD has had a problem and has successfully recovered' or something like that, but it's hard to read properly when its flickering

Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening and how I could solve it? Tonight i am going to run a full antivirus scan, and i've heard overheating can do this, but i'm not sure how I'd know if thats the case and how i'd sort it as i have 5 case fans and cable management is difficult in my case.

My build: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/b/ME4

Does anyone have any smart ideas?
Thanks everyone

I reorganised the wires in my case for better airflow and i brought my pc out from under my desk to let it cool down but it crashed in farcry3 at the same place only around 10 minutes in. Does anyone know why this is happening?

I downloaded malwarebytes and did a quick scan and it still happened. My GPU was at around 83 degrees celcius when it crashed. This time i tried ctrl-alt-del and it rebooted itself, and came up with a blue screen but i couldn't read it in time because it disappeared.

I took off the side of my case and put a huge box fan there instead, and i managed to play FC3 fine. It was 79/80 degrees and i think it crashes at 84. does anyone know if the heat could have damaged my fans which is stopping it from cooling properly? and do most gpus crash at 80 degrees because ive been reading loads of forums where peoples gpus have been going over 100 degrees
