Question Flickering and temporary blank screen issue

My PC keeps experiencing random flickering and temporary blank screens. I've been having this issue for just less than a month now and it seems to be occurring more often with time. No errors have been reported in Reliability History. I am running on a GT 1030 GPU and have tried reinstalling the GPU driver via GeForce Experience. I have no idea what's causing this issue. How can I go about troubleshooting this problem?

Seems I have found the culprit: a faulty HDMI cable. After replacing the faulty cable with one that works, the flickering has stopped.
