it only happens when i open CCleaner or Windows Movie Maker.Also if i lower it to 60 hertz ,the problem goes away.
I have my monitor set as 120 Hertz and everything ,including games ,is fine.It's just those two pieces of software.
Not sure what to try next.Somebody suggested i need to get a better Display Port cable.Could that solve it???
