Question Flicking Black Spots

Hello,

I have a HP Pavlilon Notebook and just recently flicking black pixel like spots/lines have been appearing on my screen (see images in imgur links). I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling drivers and that hasn't solved the issue. I have plugged in a second screen to extend the display and the second screen also gets the same flicking black spots/lines. I know it is not an issues with the screen itself as the mouse cursor actually moves over and isn't covered by these black spots.

I am coming towards to end of what I think it could be so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If its showing on the main screen and a secondary screen then its GPU related. Depending on how old the laptop is the GPU could be dying. Does the laptop have a dedicated GPU and a iGPU?
