Flight Simulator X (Trial)

Hi,
I just downloaded Flight Sim X (trial) and am running on my gaming machine;
Alienware X51 R2,
Intel i7, Nvidia GTX 760ti, 8Gb Ram ect..

However whenever the game boots up a flight, I get the crash error pop up, and close my game.
Any advice?

And presumably, Microsoft never does come back and say anything constructive? Is the Event Viewer in Control Panel>Administrative Tools have anything to add to the possible faulot?
