HELP!! I can not get into my A: drive! I get one of two
messages. I either get a message saying "NO ID Address
Mark" or "No Access: Contact Administrator". I AM the
administrator. Any help that anyone can offer me would
be greatly appreciated.

It seems that this usually indicates an issue with the
disk formatting, the disk itself, or the drive. Windows
conflicts can also be a cause.

Does this happen with ALL floppies, or just one? Or does
it happen when the drive is empty?

If you try to quick format an unformatted floppy, you'll
get a "NO ID Address Mark" error--in that case, try a full
format instead.

Try booting to safe mode and see if the floppy drive works
correctly then. You may even want to try booting directly
to a floppy, if you have a bootable floppy around. That
will determine if the problem involves the drive itself,
or Windows.

If you have another floppy drive, you can also try
swapping drives and seeing if that fixes the issue, or you
can try putting the floppy drive in another computer and
see if it works there.
