[SOLVED] FM1 Hp board + A4 3300 CPU

Hi, I was looking for a cheap internet browsing pc for my colleague found an auction where I won a motherboard +cpu for 6usd + shipping. Its some kind of FM1 socketed HP 3405 pro with a A4-3300. I don't really have experience with pre Ryzen AMD cpu-s, but this one looked better deal than an old 775 setup. Is this APU enough to browse the internet + watch some youtube videos on a 720p monitor? Can this cpu handle windows 10 or shall I go with 7?

Yes, that APU will be fine to browse the internet, watch youtube videos even at 1080p .
I will suggest, if funds are available, to upgrade the HDD to SSD.

You could upgrade to Windows 10.
