FM2+ or AM3+

What socket have a brighter future am3+ or fm2+? I want to say, will amd continue to build processors for both sockets?

FM2+ is perhaps getting Carrizo APUs, but otherwise both sockets are dead. Zen will use socket AM4.

Edit: I had a look around, looks like Carrizo isn't coming to FM2+

The post above are completely wrong. Carizzo wont make to PC they only available for Mobile and Zen is on FM3 socket. My advise you shouldn't take that 2 dead socket. Wait for skylake or Zen then you can choose. Avoid FM2 / + if you have discrete graphics and want good cpu performance. FM2 is for CPU with Graphic inside and those APU (FM2 CPU) arent good enough for gaming

Your own post is completely wrong. Carrizo is available on laptop PCs. Zen is coming to socket AM4, not FM3.
