Question Folder Properties error

When I right click in file explorer and invoke properties I get the size of the first subfolder, but not subsequent subfolders.

As you can see from the image linked, drive D: has a folder Usenet with a subfolder Newsbin. Newsbin has 2 subfolders, Downloads and Downloads - NZB.

Downloads is 21.9 GB
Downloads - NZB is 105 GB

However, the folder properties for Newsbin only reflects the size of Downloads.

Any help appreciated. Is there a way to report this issue to Microsoft?

Hi, according to [this thread], one of the common problems that leads to this is having file paths that are 260 characters or longer.

Download [Path Length Checker]. Extract the files and run the PathLengthCheckerGUI.exe file. Browse to the D:\Usenet folder and click on Get Path Lengths. Click on the Length column in the program to sort the list by the lengths. If any of them are 260 characters or longer, then that likely is your problem.
