[SOLVED] Folders not refreshing automatically in Windows 10

hi

A strange and annoying issue with Windows 10 over the last few days, maybe since I got the last Windows updates. Every time I change something in a folder, be it editing the name of another folder in it, moving a file elsewhere, or deleting it, I need to refresh (F5) the view to see the change. What can be the problem?
