Is there a way to change the font size in Windows 10 without having to go into accessibilities?

I have done so before when playing games which in turn bothers the user interface in some video games where they are unable to run properly. Even though most video games now allow you to change their own font size. The game still doesn't like it.

Just as I don't want to lower the Font size in the OS to make my monitor look like an early CRT screen with a 640 X 480 resolution.

Any input will be appreciated.

don't have a clue what you mean by "accessibilities".
i've never run into this having anything to do with any Windows operating systems.

but the easiest way to increase/decrease font size is through Settings > System > Display > Scale and layout.
