Foobar2000 application does not start as active window

I am using Foobar2000 for listening to music. Sometimes when starting the application it does not become the active window. It seems to be random but I haven't really logged details every time it happens. But it happens enough that I thought I would ask to see if anyone knew why it doesn't become the active window all the time and how I could fix this issue. Thank you.
