i cant read my sony pen drive there has a problem last few days to detecting on pc if u have any solution solve this problem on pen drive

Check if it's recognized in Disk Management and Device Manager. Here's how to do it: How to access Disk Management in Windows to manage hard drives & How to access Device Manager in Windows.

If it's recognized by Disk Management, would you please post a screenshot of what you see there about the pen drive?

Basically you should try the flash drive with a different computer as well and if you can get it to recognize it (and if you don't have important data on it), try to reformat it, to see if that fixes things up.
