For some reason I am getting fps drops?

I am a big time csgo player. I usually get around 250-400 fps but when smokes show up it drops all the way down to 90fps. This never use to happen on my old rig before. I unparked all my cores and everything.



New Rig:
FX-8350
GTX960
16GB Ram
550W Power Supply
Windows 8


Old Rig:
FX-8320
GTX 660
16GB Ram
550W PSU
Windows 7.

Please help me

Well, that might be the problem. When I bought my gtx 970 I had 1333 too and I lagged often, buying 1800+ ones fixed my problem.
