I have a gtx 1650 super paired with i5 10400f and 16gb ram ddr4 , According to many youtube videos I saw Horizon forbidden west with the latest fsr3.1 Should run with 55+ fps with frame generation on in my PC with medium settings.I installed the game today but It gives barely 30+ fps with low settings and frame generation on . I have updated my motherboard bios and gpu drivers . Nothing is working . Can anyone help me to fix this issue

Single channel DRAM is a pretty big problem. I believe they also recommend using a SSD for storage on that game.

Generally speaking though if lower settings/upscaling/frame generation aren't helping your performance it's CPU limited which would point at your memory configuration.

RAM is normally sold in matched pairs that are designed to work together. You can buy what appears to be an identical stick but it may have had some changes - normally memory chip manufacturer (Hynix, Samsung etc) and may or may not work. It is a gamble. Corsair vengeance sticks are notorious for it. The revision often indicates this.

I would personally look at getting a matched pair if you can. DDR4 is quite cheap now for a 2 x 8gb kit and you could always try and sell your current stick to get a bit of money back.
