Question Force shut off

Dear Experts.

I bought a new hp brand only desktop pro 280 G9 i7 (not hp monitor because I am having old Samsung monitor) but unfortunately, I did "press & hold the power button 15-30 seconds or force shut off" nearly 10 times for some display issue on my Samsung monitor (currently I have no HDD 3.5" hard disk only 512 GB SSD & 16 GB RAM with the Motherboard)

I want to know that how many life days I lost for my new pc after the force shut off!

Reason for force shut off:
After many Windows 11 update (including display update) my old Samsung monitor starts Flickering it took almost one weak to fix it.

You should be fine, unless the power outage took out the data off the SSD's.

After many Windows 11 update (including display update) my old Samsung monitor starts Flickering it took almost one weak to fix it.
You might want to pass on the SKU to your HP prebuilt or perhaps a link to the one you own. Use DDU to remove all GPU drivers and then manually reinstall the latste GPU driver for your prebuilt. Speaking of drivers, this is why we ask for people to include as much info as possible, i.e, the make , model and SKU to their prebuilts/laptops.

How to insert an image easily?
Host the image on a site like Imgur and then parse a link to said image on your thread for us to see.

You could visit HP's website and download their utilities. They sometimes advise of new drivers or BIOS updates.

I'm not sure about Windows 11, but if I have to repeatedly force Windows 10 to shutdown too many times, the third time the PC reboots causes a Windows Repair process to start running, which doesn't always go well. On a few occasions the OS does not reach the Desktop and sometimes I just reinstall Windows.
