Forced igfx now won't display anything

I was attempting to maybe crossfire my hd radeon 7750 and my 5600k. My mobo is an asus f2 A55-M LK. i watched a video a while back saying to set pci-e card as primary display device, force igfx and set the next option to either 1 or 2g. I set it to 1 and applied changes, now i am greetes with no display whatsoever. I reset the computer and also tried to connect a monitor to the vga port (of the integrated card). I need to somehow reset what i did, preferably by myself, but i have no idea what to do. If theres nothing i could do would i be able to bring it into pc world or something and have them fix it?

Why not use the BIOS reset jumper on your motherboard to reset the BIOS back to default?
