Question Foreign CPU Cooler issue

I am attempting to build a new PC and the CPU Cooler I have wanted so badly and couldnt find at the time except from a European shopping site has lead me down a rabbit hole.

TRYX Panorama SE 360 ARGB , I really wanted this display screen cooler but as I installed it I noticed everything worked except for the screen just shows some default company name and I do not have access to the interface.
Upon researching via emailing the companies support team, they advised me that the main web site for them just has the regular Kanali firmware and for the non SE, they explained I would need to go to the chinese version web site in order to get the Kanali SE firmware I am missing.

I of course am unable to access that website to get the firmware for Kanali SE and my VPN switching location did not help at all either. This is a new situation for me, and I really wanted that cooler so badly, but .... am I hosed on this? did I make a mistake on where I had purchased this from because it had costed me 400$ and I am at the end of my budget for PC build. Side note I did confirm software works and pump is on with fans its just the screen I cant access since I cant get the firmware, guess I could sell it once I can afford a new USA cooler, any thoughts ?

Final update, Looks like my email request to have them send the software updates direct to me to me since I cannot download worked. So if any of you run into this unique cpu cooler and have this issue just email them and let them know you would like it sent via email since you cant access that chinese web site. The cooler display is now on and looks amazing, good night all.
