Firmware passwords are not stored in volatile memory and cannot be cleared by clearing the settings. The only way around this is to contact the manufacturer.

Furthermore, we cannot help you bypass passwords.

Reset password/CLear CMOS


remove power cord
remove battery
hold power key down for a few seconds
replace battery and power cord
go into BIOS load defaults and should be good


Has worked before - and with other laptops also
