Forgot password to safeguard easy 4.50 on my laptop HELP!!!

Hi,

My wife forgot pw on her laptop for safeguard easy 4.50. I'm not so serious about recovering data, I just wish to reformat the PC and start fresh. What can I do to format encrypted hdd since normal way won't work?

There's Literally no other advice we can offer. It's something you will have to research on your own. We have no way of verifying that you do indeed own the laptop. Any average Joe can come on these forums and say it's my sons, moms, wifes, grandbabies etc laptop. When it could be stolen.
