Forgotten supervisor password for parental controls

I have recently needed to set the parental controls on my computer, and there is a supervisor password on it that apparently has been created.. I do not rem. doing this.. Could some one help me reset it, I am running windows Xp..version 2002, SP 3sh.has.faith@gmail.com

your expertise is greatly would be greatly appreciated

sorry met SP2 and I do not know what BIOS mode is so idont think i set in bios mode, also when i tried the other links on how to do it I am missing the ratings folder
