will it work if i set my bios to boot from cd and im using deamon tool which will have windows 7 on a "cd"?

Uhm, this is a razors edge kinda thing... I'll say this. If you bought a windows product key, then you can use Windows.

Pirating isn't supported on TH.

if you have a key, you can load the iso on a usb stick

and install it from the usb drive, its much quicker than from cd anyway.
