Hello everyone

My problem is that I have a pendrive which I'd like to format. When I try to do it it says that the disk is 'read only'. So I googled for solution. And I found some. For example try to solve it in regedit by changing WriteProtect from 1 to 0. I didn't have this key but I created as someone said but didn't help.

The next solution was formatting in cmd-->diskpart etc. It did give the same error when I tried to format in cmd. Even when I used 'attributes disk clear readonly' command (and I got the message 'disk attributes cleared successfully' ) it gave me the same error at formatting.

All in all I tried some given solutions but none helped. I've read a topic which said in this case a firmware update on the pendrive could help. I didn't do that before so I hope you guys have some other ideas about how to solve this 'readonly' problem.

On the added picture the non english text means 'Device is readonly'
