Question Formatting error reinstalling windows 10 with a USB

i've been having issues with my computer blue screening and giving me different error codes every time. i spent hours on the phone with microsoft support and i tried reinstalling windows with a USB but when i try to choose which windows to download it tells me there's a formatting error. i just formatted my computer and now i don't have windows. please help

could be the hardware
full system spec? include make and model of the psu

Can you get into W10 at all? If so, you could try doing a clean install from there.
